RESERVATION POLICY

RESERVATION:
Full payment is required at the time of reservation in the form of a check or online credit card payment. If food and catering are part of your package this fee must be paid in advance as well. Massage appointments must be made two weeks prior to the arrival date and require a minimum of two bookings.

CANCELLATIONS:
An email is all that is necessary to cancel a reservation. Cancellations by voice message may not reach us in time as we do not have cell service at the Lodge, but we do have internet and a satellite phone for emergency outbound calls.

Advance Notice:
More than two week notice, a 50% refund on Lodging and Catering will be issued and a credit certificate for the balance to be used by arrangement within one year of the cancellation date.

Short Notice:
Less than two week notice will require full payment with a credit certificate for the full value to be used by arrangement within one year of the cancellation date.

Last Minute:
1 week or less notice of your cancellation will require full payment; no refund or credit.

Confirmation:
Your reservation is confirmed with successful processing of a check or credit card.
